What level of English to I need to enroll in your courses?

We require a basic knowledge of English grammar and vocabulary.  Our courses are most appropriate for Advanced Beginners through Advanced students.

How long is each lesson and when are lessons held?

Your lessons will be 30 minutes long and will be scheduled at a time mutually convenient to you and your instructor.

Our instructors work in the US Pacific Standard Time Zone (GMT -8).

What equipment and software do I need to get started?
  • High speed internet connection (preferred)
  • Skype, an application to talk over the internet for free.
  • Headset with a built in microphone
  • Web cam (optional, but recommended)
  • A PayPal account
  • A Twitter account (optional)
How do I pay for my courses?

We accept payment from most major credit cards through Paypal, a secure payment processor that guarantees the safety of online transactions.

What is your refund policy?

If you enroll in a package program and cancel during your first or second lesson, we will refund the remaining classes. No refund will be due for later cancellations.
